At Sony World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sony World account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
